Here is how to fix your problems using our troubleshooting guide

Bluescreening on loading the loader?

means you have a running analyzer or debugger present in the system recommend reinstalling windows if you cant find the software that's triggering it. or join the discord server and we can take a look on out end on why your bluescreening.

This means you have suspicious program / sys file running on your device. Some of the most common ones:

• npf.sys

• NLSvc.exe

• WinRinf0x64.sys

If none of those exist in your system please make a ticket in the discord so we can guide you further

Most common bluescreen reasons seen as of 26/05/2024

• npf.sys running in the system

• NLSvc.exe & NLClientApp.exe running in the system

• WinRinf0x64.sys running in the system

Loads then crashes?

• if your system name has odd characters like Chinese then it wont be able to gather the information correct then will crash.

• Internet connection was interrupted or to poor to even communicate with the server.

• On the wrong windows version.

Or try making your DNS settings to 8.8.4.4 and 8.8.8.8 then restart
